I forgot to mention other reason why Oikawa fell so easily to Myotismon's deal. that same 1999 when he saw the digidestined going back to the digiworld after defeating VenomMyotismon was also the year Cody's father died, in fact in the plane Birdramon saved were a little Cody with his mother and grandfather, my guess they were returning from arranging all the necesary to get Cody's father body back to Japan since he got killed I think in USA while escorting an important politician. So Oikawa was all devastated about Hiroki Hida's (Cody's dad) death, mostly since they had made the promise of going together to the digiworld but that promise got broken when Hiroki died.
In short Myotismon took advantage of the moral state of two persons who lost someone they cared a lot about. Oikawa because him and Hiroki were childhood friends, and Ken who felt guilty about Sam's death because he at a point wished Sam would be gone forever in a jealousy and envious rage outburst after how Sam treated him bad for taking the digivice since Ken thought it belonged to Sam, you know being Sam a prodigiy and such Ken thought that the digivice belonged to him because he was special.

Love the whole Oikawa/Myotismon stuff in the end its awesome and interesting. Davis really encouraged everyone which was good.

I akways thought that Tamers was a Human World version of Adventure 01 just alway seemed like that

Yeah in the final battle Davis encouraged everyone that's true, though TK did had a bit of spotlight with the dark spore kids too, it was when one of them said the digidestined were special because they had digimon.
TK then replied to them that they have digimon because they believe they exist like they believe on their feelings and that is possible make their dreams come true ^^
I put the actual dialog (from the japanese version of course) somewhere in the topic about TK in the characters section here ^^
Also their digimon played an important role in taking them out of the illusions since they snapped their partners back to reality making them realize that what they were seeing on the illusions wasn't real. Gatomon even gave Kari a good speech about how maybe what she wants (that of human and digimon coexisting together) isn't true yet but that she shouldn't give up on that and that maybe in the future that can happen if they try.
With Ken actually it was the whole 02 team and Wormmon who helped him, in fact in the original after all of them tell him encouraging words Ken did said with a smile "My friends..." And it was TK who replied to him "That's right we are your friends" so all in all it was a touching moment since not only Davis but all of them helped ^^

Yeah I loved their friendship in 02 but you cant deny it the 01 kids had an unbreakable friendship I think out of all the seasons nothing can match the 01 friendship.

I doesnt like this season dat much I hate the ending a lot and I dont like season too much either it is nothing compared to Adventure 1.

the ending is very similar to 01's ending though "beat giant entity(thing) then wise man/scientist(Gennai or Henry's dad) tells you that the Digimon cannot go or stay with you in or to the human world finally Digimon leave off after emotional farewell" very similar when you think about it
