That's why we'll hopefully have a language learner.

Yeah, it'd be really weird if my family joined. But that ain't gonna happen. They already don't like the fact that I like it, because of certain reasons I'm sure some people know why. That's why my time here at home will be limited.

I think the only way he'd re-consider blocking all digimon, would be for Digimon to actually show up.

Flixemon, that would be so cool. *mind goes wild imagining all sorts of silly things*
Digi, by the way, why does your father hate digimon so much?
My parents didn't like it for a while because they thought it was insulting Christianity but by the end of the Devimon arc, when it was only Angemon's attacks that worked, they were a lot happier.
Actually, the more I look into it, the more impressed I am with the show (but only the original. The more I look at the dub, the more I can't stand it).

Yeah I hate the dub, at least with the japanese version I get subtitles I understand a bit more.

Well it's more the reason of digivolving, and they compare it to Pokemon and Power Rangers, talking about humans don't evolve, which I already know that because of my Christian faith, but I can't really fight it. I know it's actually 'changes to' instead of digivolving, but I realize it's more of us English comparing it to evolving. BLEAH (Sticks out tongue in disgust at the Darwinists)
I think you'll see my point there in my Digital Rangers fanfic, the four years before part during the time with Myotismon and all that.

I think I'll talk to my Japanese teacher about the word 'Shinka', the word used for 'evolve' in the Japanese version. Judging by the fact that it's in Kanji, it may well mean 'change to', in fact looking at the digimon in indivual sequences, that would make more sence. Surely evolution being a modern theory, it would be in katakana.

Exactly. Because it looks more like they're just putting on newer armor or something or growing. It's hard to figure it out entirely.

Good point, Madame Pika could you tell us what the word 'shinka' realy means when you find out.

I reckon that, in the original, it's more like growing up. Other than the obvious, baby, baby2, child, ect, levels, I have noticed recently that the Amour level looks abit like a teenage level. (Basically, Tailmon's Amour form has noticable girly parts.) (I can't believe I'm stating this in a serious conversation.)
