Another set of goggles belongs to this young man. Much like the others before him, Takuya is always ready for a fight. Not the brightest bulb of his group, he's acts as an older brother for Tomoki and does all he can to make sure none of his friends fall in the hands of evil. He and Kouji clash sometimes, with Kouji trying to make him realize that rash decisions won't just end in him being hurt but that doing so will endanger the others as well.
Brave and true to himself Takuya wields Agunimon, the spirit of fire, as well as Vritramon.
Needless to say, I liked this character very much. Perhaps it's because he reminds me a lot about Taichi. I don't know for sure. So, tell us what you think about him.

The square goggles on his cap are his signature; if I recall correctly, he's the only digidestined to have goggles on with a cap.

Yeah, he is. His cap is always with him. And the goggles came in handy too! He put them on when they had to swim underwater!

The goggles are always useful, Taichi used his when they were flying. (or was it a fog? I can't remember). Takuya rarely takes off his cap, probably because his hair looks weird.
