It depends on the sitsuation. Takeru is a obivious option. V-mon could be asked if he got the idea in his head that asking V-mon would help him get over Tailmon. Hikari, I could see him trying then getting too shy to ask.

And now the first question. In all honesty, I'm not sure how he would react. Before I realised that I was in love with my first crush, I'd have never guessed that I'd get that shy about it (or that the person I'd ask for advice would be the girl I'd be seriously shipping him with...) I can see him wanting to be quite calm about it though.
