both: here are the rules:
1. no godmodding if your character has an all-powerful super attack you must not use it(example: Magnagreymon: my Ancients Blade attack can cut straight through any Digimon's armor)
2*.same thing except your character has a max hitpoint counter(rookies is one hundred champions five hundred ultimates seven hundred and megas have one thousand)
3*. your Digimon has a max attack point counter(rookies 50 champions 100 ultimates 150 megas 200) you must display rule two at the top of your screen every time you post and you must display rule three every time you attack
4.your Digimon's evasiveness is based upon his special ability(example: Magnamon's is Miracles it allows him to revive himself but with a champion's HP also he loses his Magna Explosion attack) if his special ability is armor(HP)-based he he loses his evasiveness but can gain over the mega hp cap(this is the only way how) if it is an attack-based he can go over his level's attack cap(again this is the only way how) with abilities you can only go over the level's attack cap by 20 and you can only go over the hp cap by 100
5. you can only have one special ability per battle abilities are interchangeable between battles(you must PM the head of the brawl Goggles or if he is battling you you must PM me and tell us what the ability does so we can approve or disapprove if both of us are unavailable before the battle PM our fine Mods or Admins)
6.you are allowed to evade one attack without use of a special ability or evasiveness points
7.you are given 300 evasiveness points at the start of the event once you run out you cannot get anymore
and finally 8. one fight at a time seeding will be determined after I get all entries entries are due on June 15 2010 the tournament will start on June 17 2010 if you cannot appear for your match we will skip to the next one if we are out of this round we will randomly select the winner
*- all non-golden armor Armor types(meaning not Magnamon, GoldRapidmon, GoldVeedramon, Peacokmon, Elephantmon, Rhinomon, Maildramon,and Kongoumon) are champion levell in both HP and Attack golden armors are megas

"So he changed your name?" Agashi leaned forward on his seat and addressed the digimon sitting comfortably on his senpai's right shoulder. It's been a while (a long while) since they were last seen, him and Agito,and they took the last half hour catching up on what happened during that time as they waited for the trailmon they were riding to arrive.

"Well, I'm not one to complain." Kiramon, formerly named Gossamon, replied. "Goggles has played with a few names for me over the years, you should ask Agito how many he went through before settling with his name."

The second boy in the train, a few years older than Agashi, merely shook his head implying that he wasn't going to answer that question. "I'm just glad he's started on something involving us, despite being too busy drawing up plans for the site."

"Last stop, Digimania Brawl Stadium." Their conversation had come to a halt when the trailmon finally reached its destination. Angler let out one high-pitched whistle as the doors for each section opened simultaneously. Agito got their things down from the luggage compartment while Agashi counted the bags to make sure nothing went missing. After Agito had finished, Kiramon lifted herself off of his shoulder and into the compartment to double-check.

"Everything's here, Agito-san." the younger boy divided their stuff into two so each carried roughly the same weight. What they brought with them were mostly, if not exclusively, food and drinks as the speakers' box, which would serve as a staging point for those who wanted to stay there, was expected to have the chosen children, not to mention most of the original characters belonging to members of Digimania.

"Agito-kun." The older one corrected as he closed the luggage compartment. "And I can carry more since-"

"Meep!"

"Did you say something, Agashi?"

Agashi pointed up. "the compartment just talked."

Ryu and Takehiro were just preparing to walk through their portal to the stadium with Magna/Tenshi
"Come on, guys, I wanna go now.", whined Tenshi.
"Magna, we have time, and we also have to make sure that the Spawn take care of the house while we are gone.", replied Ryu.
"We have it covered, Ryuzaki-ssssan.", replied Masaki, a former Tamer who had been transformed into a Spawn by the explosion.
"I need to finish this theorum...", said Takehiro.
"Let's just go." Takehiro put down his notebook and walked through the portal.
"Remember, when Sin, Necro, and Byakku show up, show them to this room."
"Yesss, ssssir.", replied Henry.
"Okay, bye." The other two stepped through the portal as well.

Sin and the others stepped through the doorway to the Yagami house.
"Hey, Mataro, where to?", asked Sin.
"Thisssss way, Takato.", he(or it) replied. the four came across the portal where Masaki was waiting.
"Through the portal, pleasssse.", he said.
"Right.", the three said in unison. They stepped through the portal to the Stadium.
