A/N: Hi guys this is a Daisuke centric fic and it mainly focuses on his friendship with the other chosen children and Taichi.

Chapter One
Daisuke’s point of view
I couldn’t believe it I never thought something like this would happen to me I thought I was stronger than this I thought I could defend myself. Clearly I was wrong I’m that pathetic that I can’t even do a thing like that. It happened a few days ago I was walking home from school and me being the idiot that I am decided to take a short cut after Ken left. So pretty soon I had no idea where I was so I started heading back where I came from and everything was going fine until a hand clamped over my mouth pulling me into a corner. I struggled but my captor was way stronger than me I stood no chance he pinned me against the wall and holding a knife to my neck threatening me if I screamed or tried anything he would kill me. And I got scared. Like a coward would. So much for me having the crest of courage I showed absolutely no courage there and let him take my innocence I was helpless to stop it. I was brought out of these thoughts by my phone ringing but I didn’t pick it I laid my head on the pillow trying to erase my thoughts and go to sleep.
Nobody’s point of view
Daisuke’s mother picked up the phone.
“Hello?” she answered into the phone.
“Hello Mrs. Motomiya Hikari speaking. Is Daisuke there?” Hikari asked into the phone Daisuke was meant to come and join the others in a meeting of the Digidestined.
“He’s here Hikari chan but…” Mrs. Motomiya hesitated wondering if she should tell her concerns to Hikari even though she knew Daisuke and Hikari were good friends but still she didn’t want to worry Hikari.
“Is something wrong? Is Daisuke kun okay?” Hikari asked sounding worried now even though she had Takeru her boyfriend Daisuke was her best friend and like a brother to her.
“I…I don’t know Hikari chan he’s been acting strange he came home a little while ago and Jun said something that would usually cause Daisuke to argue back but he simply said ‘Hmm yeah’ and went to his room which is not like him at all and right now he’s sleeping but every few minutes I can see him shiver.” Mrs. Motomiya said seeing her son like this brought tears to her eyes. If Mrs. Motomiya could see Hikari now she would see concern and worry in the brunette’s eyes.
“Mrs. Motomiya can Onii chan and I come over? I think we can talk to Daisuke.” Hikari said her voice slightly choked from her worry and fear at what had suddenly happened to her friend.
“Of course but weren’t you supposed to have a meeting? Daisuke kun was telling me about it and that he didn’t deserve to join the rest of the team.” Mrs. Motomiya said softly. Hikari closed her eyes trying to contain herself.
“Yes but Daisuke kun is more important Onii chan and I will come right over thank you.” Hikari said before hanging up the phone. Hikari buried her face in Takeru’s shoulder and began crying.
“Hikari chan what’s wrong?” Takeru asked concerned.
“Daisuke kun.” Hikari managed to choke out Takeru’s eyes narrowed from worry. Taichi stood up immediately. Ken instantly stiffened and Miyako frowned as well.
“What happened?” Takeru asked softly.
“I’m not sure Daisuke isn’t acting as himself and his mother said that he said he didn’t want to come to the meeting because he feels he doesn’t deserve our friendship and being part of our team.” Hikari said sadly before adding “I told her Onii chan and I would go over there and talk to him since we are the closest other than Ken I would say we’d all go but I think being confronted will only make him hide away from us more.”
“Why does he have to always be the strong one?” Ken said clenching his fist they had all left their digimon home this morning and then Daisuke had gone on his own was it possible something happened to him? Ken’s face became pale.
“Ken kun what’s wrong? Did you remember something?” Miyako asked looking over at her boyfriend.
“He went off by himself home and even Veemon wasn’t with him because we left our digimon home. Do you think someone could have hurt him?” Ken said looking to the other chosen children but Iori shook his head.
“Daisuke is too strong and courageous is to let anyone hurt him it’s probably something else.” Iori said thoughtfully. Ken nodded but he wasn’t convinced after all even the strongest could fall. Hikari stood up and Takeru hugged her. Sora also hugged her boyfriend Taichi as him and Hikari went out to Daisuke’s house.

I mean she never continued it in LJ she wrote like two chapters the second one being Daisuke pushing Hikari and Taichi away because he feels ashamed obviously if I do it it'll be a Daikari so what do you think guys should I?
